zone.com, entering the required player information and the twenty‐four (24)‐digit numeric entry number (which includes the game, pack, ticket number and the 12‐digit validation number) from one (1) MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB Instant Game Ticket (Game No. 455) or scanning the bar code information under the scratch‐off player area via the NCEL’s official Lucke‐Zone Mobile App (after proper login to the player’s Lucke‐Zone/Lucke‐Rewards account. The NCEL and/or SGI/MDI will not be responsible for data entry errors by entrants nor for connectivity issues involving the player’s access to the NCEL’s website. o An attempt to electronically submit an entry that has already been submitted will generate an error message informing the player that the entry has already been submitted and may not be resubmitted. o The Internet entry method is the only method of entry into these second‐chance drawings. Entries sent via any other method, US mail/courier, drop‐off, etc., will be disqualified. Each MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB scratch off ticket entered through the NCEL Lucke‐Rewards program at Lucke‐Zone.com will include two (2) MONOPOLY Lottery Properties. Players must collect a complete MONOPOLY Lottery color group (“Property Set”) to earn Entries into each drawing to win a Las Vegas Trip Prize Package and to be a studio audience member for the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB TV Game Show (“TV Game Show”). Each Las Vegas Trip Prize package includes: o Two (2) round trip seats on a national airline from the major airport closest to the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; o Deluxe accommodations for two (2) (double occupancy) at a Las Vegas, Nevada hotel for four (4) nights and five (5) days (NOTE: Trip Winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old); o Meals for four (4) days; o The trip winner will receive five hundred dollars ($500) in spending money; o Ground transportation to and from the Las Vegas airport and destination hotel, as well as, to the TV Game Show tapings if necessary; o Seats for two (2) in the studio audience at the TV Game Show taping and the trip winner has a chance to be randomly selected to be a contestant on the TV Game Show; o The NCEL will remit the minimum required Federal and State withholding tax to the appropriate agency and issue the W‐2G form to the winner. The NCEL is not responsible for any additional State and Federal and/or local taxes and for any extraneous expenses incurred by the prize winners associated with the Trip Prize Package. o The Las Vegas Trip Prize Package does not include meals (other than specified above), gratuities, parking fees, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet services, laundry, etc., any revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the airline, hotel or any other suppliers, or any other items not specified herein. o

Promotion Rules and Information  This promotion and/or any parts thereof, including the award of any prizes, is void where prohibited by laws outside the State of North Carolina. chance drawing promotion. Entries sent via any other method will be disqualified. Under no conditions will the NCEL accept mail‐in or hand‐delivered entries.  The number of Entries will be determined based upon the number of eligible Entries received during if drawing period. Players may submit more than one (1) ticket for additional MONOPOLY Lottery Properties to complete a Property Set.  Entries received after the entry deadline date for any drawing shall be entered into the next scheduled drawing. All drawing entries are subject to validation by the NCEL and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are not met. Tickets determined to be in a stolen/missing inventory status or not part of a valid sold, activated or promotional NCEL inventory status will be disqualified. Standard Lucke‐Zone and Lucke‐Rewards rules apply. By submitting your drawing entry, you give the NCEL permission to announce and publish your name for administrative and/or promotional purposes if you win the second chance drawing. Alabama and Utah residents, employees of the North Carolina Education Lottery, Scientific Games Corporation (SGI), GTECH Corporation, Trone Brand Energy, MDI Entertainment, LLC (MDI), and any officer, employee or Director of Hasbro, Inc. or its subsidiaries and affiliates are prohibited from participating in this Second‐Chance Drawing Promotion. This prohibition shall also apply to any employees of companies that are associated with the game brand, game development and/or drawing process. Non‐selected entries shall be deleted per the NCEL’s records retention schedule. Entry holders are subject to all NCEL Rules and Regulations, the Lottery Act, the NCEL drawing procedures and any applicable laws outside the State of North Carolina affecting this promotion. The Las Vegas Trip Prize Package won in this second chance promotion is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified or required by law. The NCEL may substitute a prize of equal or better quality based upon availability. Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the numbers of entries received for that drawing. Claim period subject to date provided to the winner upon notification. TV Game Show 
For each episode, five (5) Contestants will be randomly chosen, to each play one (1) MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB “Mini Game.” The top prize for each of the “Mini Games” is $100,000. All money won by a Contestant in a “Mini Game” is split by the Contestant and the Lottery winners in their section. After the completion of the five (5) Mini Games, one (1) Contestant will be given the chance to play “MONOPOLY Go for a Million Game” for the chance to win $1,000,000. Note: In the event Producer needs to stop the Game for any reason (including but not limited to human, mechanical, equipment failure, rule violation, or safety issues), the Contestants and/or the Game pieces (i.e., Dice, Street) may be reset to a particular position, or the entire Game may be thrown out and restarted from the beginning, at Producer’s sole and absolute discretion. 

All decisions, including, without limitation, whether a Contestant has played the Game correctly and/or violated the guidelines in any other manner, will be made by Producer in its sole discretion and are not subject to challenge or appeal. Producer reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. The TV Game Show is subject to the standards and practices requirements of our television broadcasters.
