Job Description
Catapult is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the presentation of its growing leagueand partnerships-driven departments. Working closely with Catapult’s Global Head of
League and Data Relationships, and its US-based Director of Marketing, this Leedsbased role will be relatively fresh out of university and ready to fast track their career
with one of the world’s most innovative companies.
The full-time role will have a heavy focus on graphic design and will help shape the
image of Catapult’s brand through ensuring all marketing, proposal documentation
and web content are consistent, ambitious and world-class.
Working broadly on a range of marketing projects, the Graphic Designer’s first priority
will be league-wide content and materials.

Create branded imagery and graphics across multiple sports and regions.
Designing of presentations and proposals for global Catapult staff.
Support global marketing operations with design and graphics input.
Develop videos, infographics, PowerPoint presentations and visuals for Catapult
sports scientists and account managers.
Strong communication across EMEA, USA and APAC regions.
Be a key part of a growing content team that has a keen commercial awareness.
Design and execute regular company newsletters and email content.
Work closely with Catapult’s Global Head of League and Data Relationships in
taking fluid ideas and messages and simplifying them into beautiful graphics.
Collaboration and communication with third-party providers and agencies.
Simply put, make everything that leaves Catapult look amazing.

Ideally have 1-2 years experience, dependent salary expectations.
Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects - and an expert in
Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.
Ability to share a portfolio of graphic design work which demonstrates sound and
consistent branding principles.
Fantastic communications skills with the ability to deal with colleagues in three
vast regions of the world on a daily basis.
Ability to simplify complex messages with minimalist graphics and images.
Self-motivated individual that takes pride in their work and thrives in outworking
their colleagues.
Strong knowledge of elite sports, especially every major league and competition
globally.
Experience working with exciting brands that have diverse content for a niche
market is desirable.
