- Scissors

Step-by-Step Directions:
1. Depending on your
cake size, roll up &
secure 30-50 diapers
with rubber bands.
2. Surround a tube with
a base tier of upright
diapers & secure with a
large rubber band.
3. Stack a second tier of
diapers on top of the first
& secure with a large
rubber band.
4. Stack a third tier of
diapers on top of the
second & secure with a
large rubberband.
5. Wrap colorful ribbon
around each tier;
layering two ribbons to
add more color.
6. Embellish the diaper
tiers with themed baby
toys, accessories & gifts.
