RENTAL POLICIES
Rentals
Affordable & Luxury Event Rentals charges for a one event usage. Each rental starts on the date of delivery or pick up.
Rentals are for a maximum of 4 days; additional time out will be consider a second event rental.
Pricing
Pricing is based on available inventory. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. additional charge will apply
for optional delivery and / or set up of equipment.
Delivery
Delivery charges are based on first floor drop off during normal business hours. Factors warranting additonal charges
include delivery on Sunday, time delivery or pickup, before or after normal business hours.
Rental Item Care and Return
Customer is responsible for having a person onsite to accept and count the order. Customer is responsible for all
equipment until the time of pick up by our staff or drop off to our location.

items.
