THE WALL-MOUNT MODELS
The wall-mount PLATE MATE
models are extremely suited to very
small kitchens, take-away buffets
in cafeterias, etc. Mounted side-byside they are also suitable for storing
trays.
The wall-mount model is available in five versions:
- WM 6: holds 6 plates, height 57 cm
- WM 9: holds 9 plates, height 77 cm
- WM 12: holds 12 plates, height 99 cm
- WM 18: holds 18 plates, height 141 cm
- WM 21: holds 21 plates, height 162 cm
The wall-mount models are fixed to the wall by
a stainless steel bracket and can be detached,
making them easy to move and clean. Separate
brackets are available as an optional extra.

TABLE-TOP MODELS
PLATE MATE TWIN MODELS
The rotating column stands on a stainless steel foot with
adjustable feet to compensate for any unevenness in the surface.
Stainless steel swivel wheels, two of which have a brake, are
available for an additional charge. All table models are equipped
with a suspension eye at the top, making it possible to hang
the rack in a cold store or use it as a wall model on a ship for
example. All table models are equipped with a convenient hand
grip as standard to make them easier to move.
The PM 168 TWIN is the largest mobile plate rack in the PLATE
MATE range. The columns can be rotated independently in the
frame. The trolleys and swivel wheels, two of which have a brake,
are made of stainless steel. All PLATE MATE columns are made of
aluminium and plastic.
WALL SUPPORT
A stainless-steel wall support accessory is available to convert
the table model into a wall model by using the suspension eye.
The column holding the plates can still be rotated.
The handy PLATE MATE table-top model is available in four
versions:
- TM 12: holds 12 plates, height 49 cm
- TM 24: holds 24 plates, height 73 cm
- TM 36: holds 36 plates, height 93 cm
- TM 48: holds 48 plates, height 114 cm

PLATE MATE
FLEXIBLE
The internationally patented PLATE MATE system can accept any type of plate or bowl – round,
square, rectangular or oval – up to 5 cm deep. Its grip is extremely secure and minimizes the
chance of breakage.
It is simple to adjust by hand. There are four adjusting screws at the top of the PLATE
MATE. By turning these screws you can adjust the distance between the red and black
support caps so that you can place four different types of plates or bowls in your
PLATE MATE at the same time.
THE PM 84 STANDARD
THE PM 84/78/60/48 COLLAPSIBLE
The mobile trolley is the most
popular among PLATE MATE
users. Both the frame and the
swivel wheels, two of which
have a brake, are made of
stainless steel. The overall height
is 185 cm. You can store no
fewer than 84 plates in 0.36 m².
The PLATE MATE is also known
as the ‘waiter with 84 arms’.
The trolley can easily be moved
by one person and bumps and
steps are no problem for the
PLATE MATE. We are sure the
PLATE MATE will save you a lot
of time and money. A protective
cover is available as an optional
accessory to protect against
odours and prevent the food
from drying out.

THE PM 84 STANDARD WITH TRAY SUPPORT
The only FOLD-UP plate rack in the world.
Only PLATE MATE makes the impossible possible. These four
PLATE MATE models have been specially designed for rental
companies, catering companies and companies where space is
at a premium. These models can simply be folded up after use
and hung on the wall or stored in a corner. All models have a
stainless steel tube frame and swivel wheels, two of which have a
brake. A protective cover is available for each collapsible model
as an optional accessory to protect against odours and prevent
the food from drying out.
SAVE SPACE AND TIME
You can quickly and easily stack a large
number of plates with semi-prepared or
ready-to-serve products in an extremely
small space, making it simple to place in
a cold store or hotbox. Afterwards you
serve from the PLATE MATE, saving a
lot of time and making the work more
pleasant.
MAINTENANCE
A PLATE MATE requires almost no
maintenance. It can be cleaned with
a high-pressure washer or with soapy
water and a brush.
By fitting the PM 84 Standard
with a set of tray supports, you
can stack up to 20 large serving
trays (at least 55 cm wide) in
no time. This option means it is
possible to use the trolley when
clearing tables or to create extra
storage near the dishwasher.
