AssetWhere™ Community Maps utilise the existing
site and building map information from AssetWhere™,
the school property information already at your school.
Taking this information and adding key location points
important to visitors, OMNILINK can quickly create (and
maintain) a Visitors Map to print out or post to your
website — ideal for first time prospective parents, or new
staff and students. The Visitors Map template will
include your logo and a legend for visitors to easily find
buildings, parking and be location-aware. Additional
sites can also be mapped. With the template in place,
other special purpose maps can easily be created to
meet your specific business needs.

Management Service.

Notes: AssetWhere™ Community Maps utilise existing AssetWhere™ data. Your school
may need to update some buildings or rooms if your current AssetWhere™ data is not
current. Simple annotations are easily added. More complex new features and layouts
may require additional project fees in addition to those listed above. This new data is most
easily added and maintained via the AssetWhere™ Data Management Service.
One revision is allowed per map produced. Thereafter additional project fees apply. All
maps are produced as high quality PDF documents. Image files are also available.




All amounts quoted exclude VAT, which is not applied. Our standard terms of trade apply.
If additional time is required, it will be charged at £400 per half day.
Any quotation is valid for 30 days from the date specified.
