implementing the above program to eligible children in the schools of Bourbon County.

speech/language therapy services at North Middletown Elementary for the 2015-2016 school year at

Verbal Behavior Consulting Agreement

The Board is being asked to approve a contract with Verbal Behavior Consulting, Inc. for applied
behavior analysis, behavioral procedures, observations, recommendations and consultation services
during the 2015-2016 school year at a rate of fifteen-hundred ($1500) dollars per day or twohundred fifty ($250) dollars per hour for trainings, in-services, or workshops; one-hundred ($150)
dollars per hour for consultation with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and/or onehundred twenty-five ($125) dollars per hour for consultation with Board Certified Associate
Behavior Analysts (BCABAs); seventy-five ($75) dollars per hour for consultation with Program
Supervisors and/or one-hundred ($100) dollars for Masters level Program Supervisors. The district
will also pay up to one-hundred ($100) dollars per day for reimbursement of materials needed to

Vocational Rehabilitation Contract
