Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the
promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes
retailers, retail employees and their immediate families within Cherrybrook Village.
3.
The campaign will commence at EST 9am Monday 4 April, 2016 and conclude on complete
collection of 2,500 reward points.
4.
To earn rewards customers must spend $50 or more in any Cherrybrook Village store and
present their receipt to Centre Management.
5.
Centre Management is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Any redemptions outside of these
hours will need to be collected and presented during trading hours.
6.
5 points will be earned per receipt with spend over $50, if a receipt totals $150 on the one
receipt, 5 points are still earned. If the customers present 3 different store receipts each over
the value of $50, 15 points will be earned.
7.
The winners will be required to verify their entry by presenting photo identification at the
time of prize collection. Prizes are to be collected from the Cherrybrook Village Centre
Management Office located in the center corridor of Cherrybrook Village between Monday
and Friday, 9am – 5pm.
8.
Once 2,500 points are earned Cherrybrook Village will donate $2,500 to Cherrybrook
Technology High School.
9.
Cherrybrook Village reserves the right to refuse participation / entry to this campaign to any
person at their complete discretion.
10.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
11.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or extend the campaign at any time.
