Please consider participating in the Manna Program, where you can contribute toward the gift card(s) of your teacher/staff's choice. The Manna
Committee will provide a card to each teacher/staff member indicating
which children contributed toward their gift (but they will not know which
amount was given by each student). Teachers/staff will choose their own
gift card(s) from the Manna Vendor List and/or a Downtown Naperville
gift card. This is a win-win solution for end of year gifts, as teachers get
to pick their own gift cards and a portion of the donation goes back to
Mill Street Elementary and is spent directly on our students. You can
also purchase gift cards for your own personal use/gifts if you
choose. Be on the lookout for more details coming soon.

The Home & School Executive Board would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all
of our volunteers who've helped out at the various events throughout the school
year. This past year, we've had over 20 different events, programs, and fundraisers
where volunteers were needed. We've had over 250 volunteers this year!
That's incredible! It's because of you that our Mill Street students can experience
these programs and resources. We look forward to partnering with all of you next
school year.
With great appreciation,
Kelly O'Malley, Tonya Schmidt,
Cindy Smucker, Monika Bicker & Daneen Van Hyning

The school uses these funds for a “wish list” that is presented to Home & School for approval. It has helped to fund
the following:
 entire cost of field trips (including Band & Orchestra crosstown concert)
 Mill Street t-shirts for every student and teacher/staff
 Playground ball sets for recess
 speakers to be used during next Crosstown Classic, Mustang Stampede, lunchtime, before & after school
clubs and other events
 One Book One School books
 Playground applications to be installed on the black top this summer
Please make sure you keep saving your Box Tops from participating food and household items. It’s an easy way to
keep earning money all year!
Thank you to everyone for your donations and participation in fundraisers for Mill Street Home & School!!!
