Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to facility and instructor availability.
Please ensure that your booking form is completed in full and returned within 7 days
along with full payment.
All setting up, decorating and breaking down of booked room(s) must be within
the time that is booked and paid for.
Private catering must be prepared, cooked and heated off-site - there are no
kitchen facilities available.
No food or drink is permitted in the Sports Hall
Only appropriate, clean footwear is permitted to be worn in the Sports Hall.
Two weeks notice is required for cancellations in order for any monies that
have been paid to be returned.
If you wish to bring a bouncy castle or inflatable you must also agree to the
other conditions below.

If you wish to bring a bouncy castle or other inflatable to use you
must read, understand and agree to the following:
The person or company that I have hired the bouncy castle/inflatable from has
public liability insurance.
I will ensure that there will be two adults to supervise the bouncy castle at all
times.
The Campus strongly advises that, in the interest of health and safety,
children of mixed age ranges should not use the bouncy castle at the same
time.
