CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Pendant la durée de la location, le locataire est responsable du matériel loué en ce qui concerne l'état général, les accessoires, le
vol. En cas de vol, le locataire devra régler la valeur du cycle. En cas de dégâts sans tiers identifié le prix de la réparation seraà
la charge du locataire.
ASSURANCES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Le locataire est toujours responsable des dommages corporels ou matériels qu'il cause à l'occasion de l'utilisation du cycle loué
dont il a la garde.
> Le matériel est assuré « responsabilité civil du loueur ».
> Sa responsabilité n'est engagée que sur faute professionnelle.
> Les locations ne sont pas remboursées.
> En cas d'accidents : relevez les coordonnées du tiers, et si possible remplissez un constat amiable.
GARANTIE VOL ET CASSE
Cette garantie doit être prise le jour de la location. En cas de vol ou casse, elle transforme votre caution en franchise de 70€ par
vélo quelque soit le modèle, hors vélos électriques 1200 euros.
Cette garantie n'est valable que sur présentation du dépôt de plainte et restitution du double des clefs de l'antivol.
VALEUR DU MATÉRIEL EN CAS DE CASSE / VOL
VTC, VTT, BEACH : 350 euros. Remorque : 150 euros. Siège enfant : 80 euros. Vélo électrique : 2500 euros.
Vélo suiveur : 150 euros. VTT et vélo enfant : 250 euros.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
During the rental period, the hirer is responsible for the rented equipment: general condition of the bike, accessories and theft.
In case of theft, the hirer will have to pay for the value of the bike. In case of damage without identified third party, the hirer will
pay for the repairs.
INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
The hirer is always responsible for the physical injuries or the material damages he has caused when he uses the rented bike.
> The equipment is insured by the rental agency (French “responsabilité civile du loueur”) under certain conditions
and the agent is responsible only for professional misconduct.
> The payment for the rental bikes cannot be refunded.
> In case of accident, inquire about the third party’s name and address and if possible, fill in a jointly-agreed statement
for insurance purposes (French “contrat à l’amiable”).
THEFT AND DAMAGES GUARANTEE
This guarantee must be subscribed on the day of the renting. In case of theft or damages, a maximum amount of 70€ per bike (for
all types of bikes, expected electrics bikes 1200 euros) will be paid by the hirer (deducted from his security deposit).
This guarantee is only valid on presentation of the complaint-form and the return of the key replicas of the lock.
PRICES LIST IN CASE OF BREAK AND STOLE
VTC, VTT, BEACH : 350 euros. Kids trailer : 150 euros. Seat for kid : 80 euros. Electric bike : 2500 euros. Folower : 150 euros.
Mountain bike and kids bike : 250 euros.
