2. Object of the Contract
Tumas Group is seeking to award an Agreement for the Supply and Distribution of Catering Disposables
to one or more suppliers. The successful applicant/s shall be expected to provide a comprehensive
service to include account management, the capability to provide a prompt same day or next day, to
site, delivery service.
Tumas Group is seeking Expressions of Interest from suppliers who have a proven and successful track
record in the provision and delivery of catering disposables. Interested suppliers may submit an
Expression of Interest for one or more Lots as specified in clause 3 hereunder.
2.1.Description
Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply and Distribution of
Catering Disposables.
Division into lots: Yes.
Delivery: Tumas Group companies across Malta.
Duration of the Agreement: 12 months.
Main financing conditions and payment arrangements: 120 days from receipt of invoice.

5. Financial and Technical Information
5.1. Payment arrangements
All prices quoted in the tender must be in Euro and rounded to two decimal places. Payments will be
made to the appointed contractor(s) in Euro within 120 days from the date of invoice(s) issued at
the time of or subsequent to delivery of goods.
5.2. Delivery
Delivery to Tumas Group companies in Malta, throughout the 12 month period. Deliveries must
follow authorised and approved purchase orders.
6. Award Criteria
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Tumas Group reserves the right to refuse even the most
advantageous offer.
7. Time limit
Time limit for receipt of Expressions of Interest is 12 June 2015. Please include samples of the
products offered with the Expressions of Interest.
