‘Enemies of the Constitution’
Oct 5, 2016 – Statement of EDWARD C NOONAN, 2016 Presidential Candidate:
Yes, I watched the “pretend VP Debates” last night. They were “pretend” because we
do not have a constitution. With an illegal alien squatting in the white house, no
election, no bills, no legislation, no treaty, no healthcare, NO NOTHING is
constitutionally valid since a legitimate PRESIDENT has sign the bill or legislation.
But still the Marxist/Democrat Party’s candidate Kaine was a valiant liar and crooked
deceiver. It could be seen that neither Kaine, Pence, Trump nor Hillary have a
slightest understanding of the U.S. Constitution… nor do they give a rat’s patoot
about our founding document!
Kaine is a experienced liar like his boss, Hillary. They both have soared to the same
high rank in the Liar’s Hierarchy. Kaine’s lies last night even topped the lies he told
Chris Wallace on September 18, 2016 on a Fox News interview (and Wallace did not

Chris Wallace asked this question of Kaine on Fox News, "Trump also made a
statement on Friday, about the birther movement. Let's take a look at that.”
Wallace then showed this video clip which said:
TRUMP: "Hillary Clinton (boos from audience), and her campaign of 2008,
started the birther controversy. I finished it. I finished it. You know what I
mean. President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Period."
WALLACE: Senator, do you think that Donald Trump is a racist?

KAINE: Chris I, I don't know Donald Trump so if I don't know somebody I'm just not
going to make that claim but, but, let me this is really important. For five years, from
2011 to 2016, last Friday, Donald Trump has perpetrated a bigoted lie that President
Obama is not a United States citizen.
This is so painful. Because as you know when African-Americans came here in 1619 to
Jamestown, all the way up through the end of the Civil War, they could not be citizens.
That's what the Dred Scott decision said. Whether they were born here or born
elsewhere, whether they were free or slave, they were not allowed to be US citizens.
So for five years when Donald Trump has pushed this bigoted lie that the AfricanAmerican president United States is not a US citizen, so many people connect that to
the most painful time in American history. We're having, we're having, African descent
bar you from citizenship in this country. And what I hope somebody will ask Donald
Trump is when you were doing that for five years, did you really believe that to be true
in which case how gullible or you? How bizarrely conspiratorial are you? Or were you
aware that it wasn't true and if so why are you trying to whip up the darkest emotions
connected to the most painful chapter in American life.
How stupid can Kaine, Hillary, Wallace, Trump and Pence be? Where does any of
these morons show any understanding of the actual question regarding this matter.

Trump: "His grandmother in Kenya said he was born in Kenya and she was there
and witness the birth....ok?
He doesn't have a birth certificate or he hasn't shown it. He has what's called a
certificate of live birth. That is something that's easy to get. When you want a birth
certificate, it's very hard to get.
Meredith: It's the equivalent... in the state of Hawaii they said they have seen this
document and it is evidence he was born in the United States that's good enough for
them. Scholars ....(?)
Trump: A birth certificate is not even close. A certificate of live birth is not even
signed by anybody. I saw his, I read it very carefully.
It doesn't have a serial number, doesn't have a signature. There's not even a
signature. And believe me, I'm starting to think that he was not born here.
He listened to everything down come on Jared if he spent 2 million dollars in legal
fees trying to get away from this issue. And if he weren't lying why wouldn't he just
solve it? And I wish, I wish, he would. Because if he doesn't it's one of the greatest
scams in the history of politics and in the history, period.

You are not allowed to be a president if you're not born in this country. He
may not have been born in this country. And i'll tell you what! Three weeks ago I
thought he was born in this country, right now have some real doubts!
Trumped SEEMED to understand back in 2011 that IT WAS A CONSTITUTIONAL
issue. Article II of the constitution clearly says, “No person except a natural born Citizen,
or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be
eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall
not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within
the United States.”
The AMERICAN RESISTANCE PARTY declares that not only does the candidate need
to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN but also A U.S. CITIZEN! The definition of a
NATURAL BORN CITIZEN: “There can be no aspect of the candidate’s birth that is
ALIEN. If one or both of your parents were aliens at your birth… you do not qualify! If
you were born in an alien country… you do not qualify! Trump/Pence disagree!
In the case of Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO) he was born in an alien
country (Kenya) and also had an alien father. Mr. Soetoro
even claims that he was born in Kenya on his biography:
In addition, Soetoro (aka BHO) became a citizen of
Inodnesia. He changed his name to Barry Soetoro.
See the proof below that Soetoro is no longer NATURAL
BORN (dual citizenship or multiple citizenships cancel out
Natural born status whenever other citizenship is given.)
These two items have been introduced in court but Several Judges ruled that the CA
Secretary of State had NO DUTY TO UPHOLD THE U.S. CONSTITUTION! Hillary,
Kaine, Pence and now Trump have become domestic enemies of the Constitution.
