Renaissance™ closes the gap between detection and identification—
delivering huge cost savings by extracting more identifiable information
from your imagery than ever before. Using the Renaissance™ airborne
imaging system, Woolpert creates digital orthomosaics and digital
surface models (DSMs) with spatial resolutions as good as two
centimeters—up to seven times better than the standard serial
orthophotography resolution of 15 centimeters (six inches). Our
Renaissance™ orthomosaics capture a very high level of detail—from
pavement cracks and utility pole configurations to emerging crops—
with fast turnaround for data processing.

RenaissanceTM Imagery
RenaissanceTM orthos are convenient. Mounted on a slow-moving, manned
aircraft, the Renaissance™ system can obtain imagery from heights as low as 1,000
feet above ground level. Excluding heavy wind and rain, we can fly in most weather
conditions—even under cloud layers—to get your imagery when you need it. Once
we obtain the data, Renaissance™ uses fully automated, computer vision processing
to develop and deliver your orthomosaics and DSMs within hours—not days or
weeks as with traditional orthophotography.
RenaissanceTM orthos are accurate. Renaissance™-generated
orthomosaics can be referenced to existing base maps, such
as Google Earth™, or even to available statewide imagery.
For a one-meter-accurate base map, Renaissance™ imagery is
compiled to meet an average residual error of three pixels (six
centimeters). And with ground control, Renaissance™ imagery
has absolute accuracies of 25 centimeters horizontally and 50
centimeters vertically.

delivery system, your imagery is just a click away. As soon as your data is processed, we upload, secure and make it available
to you. And to streamline the contracting process, we can provide our Renaissance™ services under a vetted RFP process (with
negotiated scope and fees) through contracting vehicles with various government organizations.
