Wi- Fi Registration Manual
What are the steps required to get access to the SQU Wi-Fi?
All the required steps are listed in page of Wireless LAN. As following:



Register the device through the portal.
Modify the Wi-Fi settings if required.
Add the proxy setting in the internet browser.

Registration will be activated after 24 hrs.
1. Click on your Windows Start button.
2. On your Start Menu, in the 'Start Search' section, type the letters 'cmd'. Once
locates the application click on it.
3. Type 'ipconfig /all' and press enter.

Settings  General About Wi-Fi Address

Add the The Wi-Fi Address in squ portal -Wireless Activation
Note: The wireless service will activate after 24 hours.
Proxy Settings:

Note : The wireless Service will activate after 24 hours

Note: Proxy Port is subject to change to (80) , based on old versions of S1 or S2

Click on network preferences

select advanced

In the first Tab "Airport" – enter the Aiport ID (Mac Address) in the wireless
registration- SQU Portal
Proxy Settings:

Click on network preferences

select advanced

Tick in both check Box (HTTP) (HTTPS) and enter the SQU proxy server with
the username and password as shown below

Select ok then Apply and connect to SQU_WLAN
