Advantages
IRAS pre-mincer is specially designed for chopping of
whole fish and fish offal.
• Sturdy and compact construction
The models are supplied with either coarse teeth (STD)
or fine teeth (F) according to how fine the raw material
is to be graded.
If the raw material is to be turned into minced
material, the IRAS fine mincer can be recommended as
an alternative, or combined with IRAS S430 Premincer. (Ask for a brochure)
• Hatch for easy removal of foreign bodies
• Hard-wearing cutting tools
• Stirring shaft for feeding with difficult raw
material (optional)
Function
The IRAS Pre-mincer is made so the raw material has
to pass a stator (comb) and a rotor (knifes), with this
the raw material is torn into pieces.
