Gina Ashabranner
Gina is a territory manager and audiologist for Phonak Hearing Systems since 2008 and based out of Little
Rock, Arkansas. She covers Arkansas, West Tennesee and North Mississippi. Gina received her Bachelors
degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1996, her Masters degree in
Audiology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1999 and her AuD from the University of

Christopher Bailey
Chris joined Phonak in 2011 and currently holds the title of Territory Manager for Southwestern and Eastern
Washington, Northern Idaho and Montana. He has also served as Territory Sales Manager and Business
Development Manager for the Northwest Region. Chris is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and dispensed

Shannon has been in the field of audiology for 8 years after receiving an AuD in 2003 from the University of
Louisville in Louisville, KY. She practiced in private practice settings until she joined InSound Medical as a
professional trainer in February 2008. She has been promoting deep canal fittings and extended wear hearing

Kailen Berry, AuD
Kailen Berry is an audiologist and Territory Account Manager with Phonak LLC. Dr. Berry started with Phonak
in September 2012 and is based in Vancouver, Washington. She received her BS from the University of
Washington in 2006, and her AuD from the University of Washington in 2011. Her clinical experience included

Kirk Biggins
Kirk is a Territory Manager at Phonak LLC. As the main point of contact in the field, he manages all aspects of
the product portfolio to customers in West Texas and New Mexico. Kirk previously worked as the Area
Manager for Cochlear Americas. In this role he provided both clinical and surgical OR support to ENT and

Jill Bollman is an Audiologist and Clinical Trainer with Phonak hearing systems. She started with Phonak in
October 2016 and is currently based in Big Rapids, MI. Dr. Bollman received her BSS in Communication
Disorders from Central Michigan University (CMU) in 1993, followed by her MS in Audiology degree in 1995

Andrew Campbell
Andrew Campbell is Phonak’s new Territory Manager for Tennessee and Columbus Phonak, LLC. Andrew is
originally from Brisbane, Australia and received his Masters’ degree from The University of Queensland
Australia in 2000. Following graduate school, Andrew worked as a clinical audiologist for an ear, nose and
throat practice in Queensland. After considering roles in the USA, he joined an innovative and rapidly
expanding audiology retail group in New Zealand called Bay Audiology and assisted in growing their network of
clinics from 8 to 50 over a 5 year period. Following ownership changes at Bay, Andrew was given the
opportunity to consider options outside of Australasia and successfully applied for his current role in
Tennessee and now lives in central Nashville.

Jennifer Coblentz Boling, AuD, CCC-A
Jennifer Coblentz is the MidAtlantic Region Manager. She joined the Phonak team as an educational trainer in
2005. She received her MS in Audiology from Syracuse University in 2000 and her AuD from Salus University
in May, 2009. Her previous work experience includes diagnostic audiological evaluations, vestibular testing
and rehabilitation, and hearing aid dispensing to pediatric through geriatric populations within various medical
settings. Jen has presented at numerous state and national meetings on the topic of hearing aid technology
and works with customers to maximize patient satisfaction with Phonak hearing aids and accessories as well

Sara Fox is the Territory Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region primarily in Eastern NC. She joined

A native of New Hampshire, Brandy received undergraduate degrees in English and Communication Sciences

Jacob Johnson, MD
Jacob Johnson is the Medical Director for Lyric. He has been a medical consultant for the Phonak team since
2010. He has supported Lyric development, clinical research, education, and clinical monitoring since 2001. He

Nikolas is a training manager for Phonak LLC. He has earned his degrees from Pennsylvania College of

Marisa Breslin, AuD
Marisa became a Territory Sales Manager for Phonak’s Government Services and National Accounts team in
May of 2015 after serving as a Technical Support Audiologist for Phonak for the previous 5 years. She has a
Master’s degree from University of Northern Colorado and an audiology doctorate from Salus University.
Previous to Phonak Marisa held a variety of positions including clinical audiologist and later Director of a
Speech and Hearing Clinic in an ENT practice and also worked in an industrial setting dealing with hearing
conservation and OSHA compliance. She has provided diagnostic audiological evaluations, vestibular testing,
auditory brainstem response testing, ECoG, and hearing aid dispensing to pediatric and adult populations. She
has been active in the Hear The World organization and was selected twice to serve on the Hear Haiti Project,
as well as performing other humanitarian work in Audiology in Mante, Mexico.

Kelly Coop-Karim, MS, FAAA
Kelly Coop-Karim is an audiologist and Territory Account Manager with Phonak, LLC. Kelly began working for
Phonak in January 2013 and is based in San Jose, CA. She received her BS from Portland State University in
2002 and her MS from Portland State University in 2004. Kelly has worked in a variety of settings within the
hearing healthcare industry since 2004. Early in her career Kelly successfully served as a clinical & dispensing
audiologist for a private, metropolitan Neurotology clinic in Portland, OR. Just prior to joining the team at
Phonak, Kelly conducted hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings at a clinic in Washington state. Kelly has
extensive experience fitting Phonak hearing systems, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. RaDora Dinnan, AuD
Dr. RaDora Dinnan is an audiologist and a Government Services and National Accounts Territory Manager
with Phonak. Dr. Dinnan started with Phonak in August 2012 as a Clinical trainer and transitioned to the
Government Services and National Accounts team in April 2015. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She
received her B.A. from Harding University in 2002, her MS from the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences in 2004, and her AuD from Salus University in 2007. Her clinical experience included providing
diagnostics for pediatrics to geriatric populations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, as well as, cochlear
implant evaluations and mapping.

Gail Grant joined Phonak in 2006 and is currently a Government and National Accounts Territory Manager.
Prior to joining Phonak, Gail spent seven years managing several clinics for major hearing healthcare
companies, dispensing hearing aids to the adult population, and she has experience with patient counseling
and marketing. Gail attended the School of Audiology at Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she
earned her AuD, and Washington State University where she received her MA in Audiology. As a territory
manager, Gail most enjoys working for a company that is dedicated to serving customers and employees to
the highest standards.

Tamara Harrison, AuD
Tamara joined Phonak as a Territory Sales Manager for Government Services in September of 2012. She has
a Masters from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a doctorate from Salus University. Since
graduating from UNCG in 2005, Tamara has worked clinically in ENT practices performing all audiologic
functions including diagnostic audiological evaluations, vestibular testing, and hearing aid dispensing to
pediatric and geriatric populations in various medical settings.

Caithlin MacNeil, AuD, CCC-AD
Caithlin is a California state licensed audiologist and member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA). A native New Yorker, Caithlin received her Doctor of Audiology from Syracuse University
in 2012. Upon completion of her clinical fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Caithlin worked for the
renowned House Clinic in Los Angeles, CA, where she focused on diagnostics, hearing aid dispensing and
difficult to fit cases. Caithlin joined the Phonak team in April 2014 as the Government Services and National
Accounts Territory Manager in the southwest US.

Gurjit Singh, PhD
Toronto Rehabilitation Institute; Phonak AG
Gurjit Singh is currently an Adjunct Scientist at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and a Senior Research
Audiologist at Phonak AG. Gurjit obtained his PhD (psychology) from the University of Toronto, his MA (social
psychology) from the University of Waterloo, and his MSc (Audiology) from the University of Western Ontario.
Gurjit is also a clinical audiologist with both the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of
Ontario and the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. His research
interests include teleaudiology, the role of cognition in auditory processing and how attention modulates
listening in complex listening environments, and the factors that lead to success with hearing aids.

Dan Stover, AuD
Dan Stover, Au.D. is a government services and national account representative with Phonak. Early in his
childhood, Dan was immersed in audiology as he is a long-time hearing aid user. This has been an invaluable
asset throughout his career. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in communications sciences and
disorders from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his doctorate in audiology from
University of Texas at Austin. After leaving academia, he provided numerous diagnostic services
(audiometrics, VNG, ABR, ENOG, ECOG), as well as hearing aid services, at a premier neurotology clinic in
Austin, TX. Dan started with Phonak in 2011 as a territory manager, made the switch to clinical trainer in 2012,
and started his current role (which he loves) in 2015! Dan is truly passionate about improving consumers’
quality of life through better hearing. Dan is also the consummate foodie, loves anything competitive, travels as
much as possible, and enjoys long walks on the beach.

Miranda Weidle, MS, CCC
Miranda Weidle is the Director of Sales – Government Services and Costco. Her background includes
pediatric audiology, vestibular diagnosis and rehabilitation, and dispensing hearing aids and held the former
position of Director of Sales, Pediatrics and Schools at Phonak LLC.. Miranda began her career in the Hearing
Aid Manufacture Industry in 2003. Prior to that, she worked with a large ENT practice focusing on vestibular
diagnosis/rehabilitation and dispensing hearing aids. She holds a BS in Communication Science and Disorders
from the University of Pittsburgh and a MS in Audiology from West Virginia University.

Barbara Madden, AuD
Barbara J. Madden, AuD, Doctor of Audiology, is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology, a fellow
of the American Academy of Audiology and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Madden has been practicing audiology for 27 years, and her areas of expertise include Diagnostic and
Rehabilitative Audiology, Hearing Aid Fitting and Community Education. She has been the Director of the

Deanna Serrano, MBA, MS

2 Bill Dickinson, AuD
Bill Dickinson AuD is the VP of Audiology for Phonak. He joined Phonak in 2013 after nearly a decade serving
as Assistant Professor in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences, Audiology Division at the
Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center for Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences at Vanderbilt University
Medical Center in Nashville, TN. In addition to his academic and clinical work, Bill dedicated a great deal of
time conducting speaking engagements to educate the local community about hearing health as well as
serving as a popular speaker at state, national and international audiological meetings and conventions.
Additionally, Bill taught a number of clinical courses at Vanderbilt and directed multiple capstone clinical
committees over the years. Bill has published numerous articles focused on the management of hearing loss in
children, Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (Baha) and the consumer perspective of the amplification market. Bill
received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Audiology from Michigan State University, and his Doctorate of
Audiology from Central Michigan University.

Elizabeth Thompson is the Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications at Phonak US. She joined the Phonak
team in 2008 and has served as the Northeast Government Territory Manager, Clinical Trainer and Product
Manager. She received her MA in Audiology from Indiana University in 2002 and her AuD from Pennsylvania

MJ DeSousa is currently the Director of Professional Practice for Connect Hearing in Canada and the US. MJ
received her Bachelor of Science degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in Canada in 1991. She
went on to complete her Master’s of Clinical Science degree at Western University in London, Ontario in 1996.
MJ began her career as an Audiologist in Toronto in an inner city hospital. During her tenure at the hospital,
