(3) Lot standards. a. Single-family dwelling (minimum per dwelling unit) or U-single dwelling: 1. Area: Six thousand five hundred (6,500) square feet. 2. Width: Sixty-five (65) feet. 3. Setbacks: (i) Front yard: Fifteen (15) feet. For corner lots, the front yard abutting a secondary street shall be five (5) feet. (ii) Rear yard: Ten (10) feet. (iii) Side yard: Two (2) side yards required. Aggregate width of both yards: Fourteen (14) feet, least width of either yard, five (5) feet. 4. Ground coverage ratio: None prescribed. b.
