From the Assistant Manager’s desk:
Please remember with the winter
weather coming to park 12 inches from
the sidewalk so we can get them plowed
properly. If you are impeding the snow
removal, you will be towed at your own
expense.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month,
with a grace period of the 3rd by 6 pm no
matter what day it is. If it is not in by 6
pm on the 3rd, you will be assesed a $50
late fee. Each day after that, there will
be a $10/day fee until it is paid.
All tenant vehicles must have a visable
parking permit or a temporary parking
permit. All overnight guests vehicles
must have a temporary parking permit,
obtained from the office. Also, please
do not park in the parking lot by the
dentist office, that is for patient
parking only. I have a few garages
open, if you are interested in one,
please stop at the office.
PLEASE STOP LEAVING NOTES
ON CARS! IF THERE IS AN ISSUE
WITH PARKING, PLEASE BRING IT
TO MY ATTENTION!!!
Thank you,
