- Did you know Junior ISIT before JADE Spring Meeting?
As a matter of fact, Junior ISIT is well known at European level especially because one of
your Alumni was part of the European Executive Board 2 years ago (2013), Matthieu
Delage. Thus you can imagine that we have had from time to time and eye on Junior ISIT
and its growth.
- What did you think of our Junior-Enterprise?
I think you are offering a very useful type of service especially in the fast moving
internationalization environment that our generation is experiencing. It was very
empowering for me as well to see your representatives at our Congress in action,
presenting your Junior Enterprise and its very steep rise in the past years.
- Why did we win, in your opinion?
I could tell you my opinion as observer from the audience and also observer from the jury.
Both finalists were very good and you got there thanks to the high results that you
achieved in the past year. I think it was the mixture between a very good organization and
writing of the support documents and the flawless representation on stage.
- Would you trust us in conducting one of your projects?
Yes, of course, JADE would recognize your abilities regarding work force and ethics.
- According to you, what could we do to have more visibility?
I think at the moment Junior ISIT is on its way to the top. Keep doing what you are doing
and proactively engage in projects and network activities.

Mohammed Rahman, Président – Westminster Business Consultants (partenaire
de Junior ISIT)
As the Managing Director (President) of Westminster Business Consultant (WBC- UK), I
am proud, honoured and humbled to have such an International Partner in France.
Since the start of our partnership with Junior ISIT we have been able to work together
assisting each other respective Management as well as consultants with services. Both
respective parties have not only developed a professional connection but also a personal
one. Developing one another characteristics as well as professional aspects has enriched
us to move forward to exponentially accelerate our JEs growth domestically and
internationally.
This has been clearly shown as we saw our respective International Partners winning a
coveted award in JSM 2015 being the most promising JE in this spider web of
confederation. Junior ISIT deserves this accolade as they have thoroughly pushed and
exceeded barriers.
As the Managing Director (President) of WBC-UK and WBC as a whole we are proud to
know we have International Partners who want to work with us to both enrich and
enhance JE experience.
Keep up the good work, we should take this step to further honour our respective
partnership to develop and enhance this great JE movement.
Christopher Wolf, membre de Icons (Junior autrichienne)
- Did you know Junior ISIT before JADE Spring Meeting?
No, since I’ve only started working for my Junior Enterprise last October, this was the first
Jade meeting that I attended and the first chance for me to really get to know other Junior
Enterprises.
- What did you think of our Junior-Enterprise?
One of the reasons why I wanted to attend the Jade Spring Meeting was to get to know
other Junior Enterprises from all over Europe. Meeting Junior ISIT’s members and getting
to know them was a great experience. It was very interesting to get some insights in how
they work and to get a feeling for the great spirit that each of them carries.
- Why did we win, in your opinion?
In my opinion Junior ISIT won, because you symbolize what Junior Enterprises stand for.
Young, motivated and energetic people who take action. Looking at your short but
impressive history, 120,000 Euro turnover since 2010, clients like Renault or Ubisoft and
46 projects in 2014 alone shows, that you are not just motivated, but that you also have
the skills to show for.
- Would you trust us in conducting one of your projects?
Yes, I think that by giving a project to Junior ISIT I would get a top motivated team that
think outside the box and provides me with a customized solution for my problem.
- According to you, what could we do to have more visibility?
I think you already made a lasting impression by going for and winning the award for most
promising Junior Enterprise. It would probably help though if more members of Junior ISIT
would come to events such like the Jade Spring Meeting. Furthermore partnerships and
projects with other Junior Enterprises from all over Europe should help to show even the
last junior entrepreneur what is to gain by working together with Junior ISIT.
