A6—BUSINESS PRESENTATION
Now that you have done a formal business proposal, you will need to do an onsite presentation to convince your
audience’s key opinion leaders/decision makers to select your proposal over the others submitted. Your audience will be
your class and instructor, who will each evaluate your presentation on whether they are persuaded to use your
services/goods or give you money accordingly. Keep the attitudes and interests of your entire audience, as well as your
overall purpose, in mind when creating and delivering your presentation.
Goal:
To present the results of your A5 proposal/collaborative writing in order to learn/demonstrate skills at presenting project
results to management at the conclusion of a project.
Requirements:




Your presentation must be between 20 to 30 minutes long.
All members of the group must present.
Your method for delivering visual material (required) must be the software Prezi (www.prezi.com)
Presentations must be formatted and structured according to the guidelines in your Companion text (p. 259-268).
