This boat was custom made locally by an employee of a high end boat manufacturer. The woodwork and
craftsmanship on this boat is all high quality. She has a teak planked foredeck and teak accents throughout.
The boat was left outside under a tree unattended. The cockpit filled up with leaves and unfortunately the
end result was a delaminated cockpit sole. The trailer will need a new tongue. It rotted off at the tilt pin. All
sails are in terrific shape and were garage stowed. Two sails and the cover are stored away. She also is
equipped with an outboard bracket. With minimal work you could have a beautiful one of a kind boat!
