Workshop Integral Theory System

The Integral Theory (IT) represents a new way of thinking about
the female pelvic floor.
It states that
loose ligaments cause organ prolapse,
invalidate directional forces
which close urethral/anal tubes to cause incontinence,
stretch organs to prevent activation of defecation and micturition
reflexes to cause urge incontinence, tenesmus

nocturia, chronic pelvic pain.
Audience
All surgeons who wish to address chronic pelvic pain, bladder & bowel
dysfunctions in patients with major symptoms but with minimal prolapse
Format of the meeting- Informal
Surgeons such as Professors Goeschen, SIvaslioglu and others
experienced in the Integral System will give short presentations or
answer questions
It follows from this that all these conditions are potentially curable
surgically using a variety of operations, from simple native tissue repair
to reinforcement of damaged ligaments with tapes.
These will be detailed by surgeons skilled in the use of the Integral
Theory System.

Chronic Urogenital Pain; Mapping, Mechanisms & Management
