Paper Title ( 18-point Times New Roman bold, title must be Capitalized) Subtitle as needed (14- point Times New Roman bold) - 1. PAPER (HEADING 1) The manuscript should be formatted in A4 paper which is fully justified text in two parallel columns. Each column is 8 cm wide, and separated by a space of 1 cm. Left and right margins are 2 cm. Bottom margins should be 2 cm. the top margin should be 2.5 cm. The font for the main body of the text should be 10-point Times New roman. Use Normal style for the main text of the manuscript. - levels, then all of headings of level 4 or more must be formatted similar as headings of level 3. 5. CITATION AND REFERENCES All references within text should be numbered consecutively within brackets [1]. NTIT-conferences template uses the same citation style as IEEE conferences. These instructions are available from IEEE website 1 . The following are the IEEE instructions for formatting references within text. Articles must be between 5 and 7 pages in length. The template will number citations consecutively within brackets [1]. The sentence punctuation follows the bracket [2]. Refer simply to the reference number, as in [3] do not use Ref. [3] or reference [3] except at the beginning of a sentence: Reference [3] was the first ... 2. PAGE NUMBERING Please do NOT use page numbering. Articles will be published online at the conference website. Conference Organizing Committee will add page numbers according to the proceeding of the conference. Number footnotes separately in superscripts. Place the actual footnote at the bottom of the column in which it was cited. Do not put footnotes in the reference list. Use letters for table footnotes. 3. LEVEL 1 HEADINGS Unless there are six authors or more give all names; do not use et al. . Papers that have not been published, even if they have been submitted for publication, should be cited as unpublished [4]. Papers that have been accepted for publication should be cited as in press [5]. Capitalize only the first word in a paper title, except for proper nouns and element symbols. Headings must be fully capitalised (use Heading 1 style) and left justified. The font used is Times New Roman 14 bold. 3.1 Level 2 Headings Headings of level 2 must be formatted where each word is capitalized (same as the title) 12-point Times New Roman bold. The level2 heading is left justified. Use Heading 2 style for level 2 headings. 3.1.1 Level 3 Headings Headings of level 3 must formatted similar to headings of level 2 except the font size for level 3 headings is 11 points. Use heading 3 style. FOOTNOTES Superscript numbers are used to indicate footnotes within the text 2. Footnotes appear at the bottom of the same page as their corresponding number. Footnotes are formatted in 9-point Times New Roman. Use footnote style for formatting footnotes. They also should be separated from the rest of the text by a horizontal line 5 cm long. 8. FIGURES AND TABLES 6.1 Figures All figures of the manuscript must be centred. Make sure that all figures are clear to ensure a high-quality printed version. Figures should be placed at the top and bottom of columns. Span across both columns if the figure is large. Figures should be cited in the text before they appear in the manuscript. Number figures in a text and have a caption for each figure. The caption of the figure should be formatted in Figures should be numbered in the text, and have a caption formatted 8-point Times New Roman, centered underneath. Use Figure & Table style for figures captions. Fig. 1: Caption 6.2 Tables Tables are formatted the same as figures except for table caption which should be placed above the table.
