To qualify you must:
(1) Major in Economics, Anthropology, or History.
(2) Have completed at least three academic years of full time study.
(3) At least two years of which must have been completed at the University of
Colorado Boulder
(4) Desire prior to graduation to broaden your knowledge in a culture and
learning environment different from your own.
(5) Have completed your application for CU Study Abroad.

Instructions on obtaining a PDF of your unofficial transcript:
1. Login to myCUinfo
2. Click on "Student" and then on "View/Request Transcripts".
3. Click on "View my unofficial transcript" to generate a PDF of your transcript
that you can upload to their system. NOTE: You will have to allow "pop-ups"

2. Print the Budget into a PDF.
3. Include the PDF with the rest of the required application items.
Instructions for Eaton Travel Sabbatical Essay
Create a single document titled Eaton Travel Sabbatical Essay on the top line and
your name on the second line. Number and address each of the following:
1. In 400 words or less, describe how your study abroad program will enhance
your CU educational experience and broaden your knowledge in a cultural
and learning environment different from your own.
2. In approximately 100 words, describe how you normally finance your tuition
and expenses here at CU. Be specific (i.e. if you split costs with your parents,
list what you pay vs. what they pay; if you receive Financial Aid, list specific
loans/grants).
3. In 50-100 words, describe if/how finances affected your program choice,
how you have planned and budgeted for your program, and how you will pay
for the program if you have unmet need.
4. In 50 words or less, provide any additional information about your financial
circumstances that should be considered.
5. Include the essay with the other required application items.
