Coming to the End
Hello parents
It is hard to believe that this is the second last CLASSROOM NEWS this year.
Some students are very excited about moving up to Senior Kinder while others are sad about
leaving this group. I have told the children that no matter which schools or classes they are
advancing to, I am very confident that they are going to do very well with new teachers and
classmates. They worked hard and learned a lot this year, and I am sure they have built a good
foundation for their future learning. I am looking forward to seeing at the Conference next
week to share your child’s progress.
Our “Blue Book” (workbook curriculum) is almost done! Everyone has made a great progress!!
Pre-Valentine”s Day activity… Box decorating
Our sweetest day started with usual Circle Time. Counting the calendar with Valentine twist was the best start of
the day! “Candy Math” addition work was liked by many. We did “work” before we exchanged our Valentines.

One thing I love about this class is that everyone always engages with their choices of activities without my
help or suggestions. Each child takes an initiative to be a “learner”. Below you see some artists and their
