Turn the power switch to the on position and the switch will light. WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND HEAT RESISTANT GLOVES WHEN OPERATING THE PREHEATER. Operate dispenser in a dry, uncluttered work space. Avoid skin contact with all hot areas of the preheater. DO NOT OPEN THREADED END OF CARTRIDGES PRIOR TO PREHEATING. 4 5.1 Using the cartridge piercer, make a small hole in the back (non-threaded end) of the cartridge. This will relieve pressure as the urethane expands. A plunger that is inside will prevent the urethane adhesive from leaking out the back of the cartridge. 5.2 Place one or two cartridges in the preheater. Allow approximately 15 minutes prior to use. It is recommended that the cartridges be preheated just prior to use, so as not to heat the product for unnecessarily long periods of time.
