Dear Jennifer

YOU ARE INVITED TO
BELLMOORE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL’S
4th ANNUAL WINTER BAZAAR
Dear Families,
Bellmoore School Council has made a continued commitment to focus our
fundraising activities on community-based events and ensure that the students
have an opportunity to support their local community.
Keeping with tradition we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 4th
Annual Community Winter Bazaar on Saturday November 23, 2013 from
10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are inviting all Bellmoore Families, Relatives and the
Binbrook Community at large to attend and participate.
There will be a vendor marketplace set up with unique last minute shopping
ideas, Shopping Bags for the first 150 families, Book Fair, Broadway Bound
Dancers and our very popular Silent Auction. As a community we will also
continue to support our local food bank through our Turkey Raffle and admission
of a non-perishable food item. This year we are also asking each family to bring a
used book that we can donate to our school library.
If you or someone you know has their own business and would like to promote
your products/services we will have space for rent at $30.00 each. There will also
be a product bag that you can have your flyer, business card or product sample
inserted for only $10.00.
If you are interested in reserving space or product bag insert please email
[email protected] no later than Friday November 15th. Space
is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
SATURDAY November 23rd, 2013
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Bellmoore School Gym
Admission: Non-Perishable Food Item - 1 per family
We look forward to another successful fundraiser together.
SILENT AUCTION BASKETS
We need your help! Please consider donating to our Silent Auction.
To ensure that the children are involved in our event we are asking each class to
put together a theme basket for our Winter Bazaar. This worked quite well at last
year’s bazaar.
We are accepting any new, unused items and you will find attached a suggested
list of items. These items are only suggestions and you may donate an item
for any class basket. Other items that you would like to donate that go along
with one of our themes are also welcomed and appreciated. Please send items
to the school no later than November 15th, 2013.
We suggest that you ask family, friends, colleagues and local businesses for
services and items that could be auctioned off separately or as part of a
basket. You will find attached a sponsor letter that you can use to ask for
business donations. Your help is greatly appreciated.

BELLMOORE PUBLIC SCHOOL WINTER BAZAAR
To whom it may concern,
The Bellmoore Public School Council will be hosting our
4th Annual Winter Bazaar on Saturday November 23rd, 2013 from
10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The students are raising funds to purchase new
classroom technology.
To ensure that our students are involved we are asking each class to
put together a theme basket. Our School Council will rent Space &
Shopping Bag Inserts to local community based companies. We will
also host a Turkey Raffle to help support the Glanbrook Food Bank.
We do not want to limit our customer base so we are making this a
community wide event. We will be advertising through social
networks such as Twitter, Kijii, Facebook and local Community
Centres, Sports Clubs and Bulletin Boards.
We are currently seeking local businesses to sponsor this event
through a donation for the Silent Auction or participation at our
event.
We appreciate your consideration and support.
Many thanks,
Bellmoore School Council
