SIXTH GRADE CORE CLASSES
Please make sure all items are labeled with the student’s name.
LOCKER SIZE: The lockers are 34 inches in height, 9¼ inches in width in depth. Please make sure your bag will fit.
Items marked with an asterisk (*) will need to be resupplied through the year.
Items needed for all classes…
 Binder (Zippered binder preferred)
 Pencil pouch
 Red pens—1 pkg.
 Pencils—2 pkgs. #2 lead
 Highlighters—4 different colors
 Ruler—standard and metric on one ruler
 Eraser—clear/white
 2 Spiral notebooks—at least 70 pages (for geography, red for math)
 2 Composition Notebook (for ELA – one for each semester)
 8 Binder dividers with pockets
 1pkg. of colored pencils (for Geography)
 1 pkg. of wide lined loose leaf paper
 2 boxes of tissues (to be given to Home Base teacher)
 1 Red two pocket folder (for math)
 1 Basic function calculator
 Pencil sharpener (personal one—used to sharpen colored pencils in geography)
 4 Dry erase markers
 4 packages – 3x3 sticky notes (100 count pkgs for ELA)
 4 Gallon Size Zip Lock Plastic Bags (for ELA)
