How does the 5% Back Fundraiser work?
It’s simple! Bring this list with you to your favorite
Office Depot® store. The list will be scanned at
checkout, and 5% of your qualifying purchases* will
be offered to your school in the form of an Office
Depot® merchandise certificate.
Am I required to purchase Office Depot® Brand
products?
No. You can purchase any brand, size, color or
quantity of qualifying school supply products!
Can anyone get credit for school supply
purchases?
Yes! Anyone can help raise funds. Teachers, parents
and school staff can all use your school’s ID number
when they shop at Office Depot®** Your school will
earn 5% back on all qualifying purchases.
What if I don’t buy my entire school supply list at
Office Depot®?
That’s OK! Your school will get 5% back on all
qualifying purchases you do make at Office Depot®.
Hopefully, you’ll take advantage of our price
match guarantee***, so if you find a lower price
somewhere else, we can match it and you will get
credit for your school.
What if I purchase more qualifying supplies than
just the ones on my list?
That’s great! The more you shop, the more your
school will earn!
What if I shop for supplies more than once?
That’s great, too - we love seeing you! Shop as often
as you like – just remember to present your school’s
ID number at checkout and your school will get
credit for all qualifying purchases.
What if I forget to bring my list to the store?
No worries. We will have your school’s list and your
school’s ID number available at the register.
When does my school receive their merchandise
certificates?
Merchandise certificates will be issued quarterly.
Your school must have a minimum of $10 in credits
for a merchandise card to be issued.
