Business Participation/Sponsorship Application
While everyone is encouraged to get involved in this year's Day of the Dead celebration and there is no fee to
participate , we will once again be asking those who wish to be included in the program and in our promotional
materials to contribute a small amount to help offset the cost of printing and other expenses. We will also be
limiting the number of logos and listings on the poster this year to ensure we have enough room for the event
information, so only event sponsors will have their logos included on the poster.
In order to get posters and other printed materials out in a timely manner we are asking that any of you who wish
to be included in the program or on the poster get your information back to us by August 15th. Just complete this
form and return it with your check to the MBA or drop it off to Mary Lou at Marisolio or Nanette at Tanners
Tasting Room. You will also need to e-mail a copy of this completed form along with your electronic logo to
Michelle at [email protected] and Catherine at [email protected].
