You’re not short of options when it comes to loading up the new
MINI Countryman: the load-compartment floor folds away, the rear
backrests fold down in a 40 : 20 : 40 split and the sliding rear seat
bench splits in a 40 : 60 arrangement. You also get handy features
like the Easy Opener function, which allows you to open the electric
tailgate by waving your foot under the bumper, and a cushioned
picnic bench stored beneath the loading shelf.
