Hello!
You may have noticed the slight chill in our morning air. Fall is here, which means it is almost time for
Mount St. Mary Hospital’s Annual Christmas Market.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016. The event starts at 9am for Mount St.
Mary Hospital’s residents and it will open to the public at 10am. The Christmas Market will close 3pm.
There is room for 18 vendor tables at the event and we have only a few spots left!
To confirm your place, please read through the terms listed on the application form, fill it out, sign it
and return it with your table fee of $35 to our Village Office at 861 Fairfield Road. Or you can email
the form back with your information and credit card details.
We will also have a silent auction, bake sale, and a White Elephant rummage sale at our Christmas
Market. Four a capella singers from the Canadian College of Performing Arts will be part of the
festivities from 11am – 2pm. Refreshments and a hot turkey lunch will also be available for purchase.
Our Christmas Market will be advertised in both the Times Colonist and the Black Press Craft Fair
supplements. We will also promote the event on various local calendar listings, through social media,
and to our 200 residents and their families along with our 200+ staff.
If you are able to drop off an item or two that you will be selling at the event, we will put it on display
in our gift shop cabinet at the start of November. This will allow everyone to see the wide selection of
items they can purchase at the Christmas Market. Alternatively, you may wish to send us some images
that we can feature online.

All tables must be covered.
No power or outlets are available. Complimentary WiFi is available.
Set-up starts at 8:15am and you should be ready for buyers at 9am. Tear down after 3pm.
All items, boxes, and garbage must be removed at the end of the day.
Once unloaded, no parking is allowed on the property. Vendor parking may be available across the street at the
Red Cross (TBC.) Alternatively, the library parkade on Courtenay Street is reasonable for a full day.
You are responsible for any damage to the facility caused by yourself or any persons working at your table.
You release Mount St. Mary Hospital, its Board of Directors, and Management from any responsibility in the
case of loss or damage to your goods or possessions or injury.
You give Mount St. Mary Hospital permission to use images taken of yourself and your product for the purpose
of advertising our market to the public and promoting Mount St. Mary Hospital and the Christmas Market
