Basic Collar with Ribbon
Primary Balloon
Helium inflate the primary balloon,
tie with ribbon and attach weight.
5" Latex Balloons
Air inflate two 5" balloons and tie
together to form a duplet. Repeat to
create a second duplet. Twist the two
duplets together to create a four-balloon
cluster. Place the cluster under the
helium filled balloon and twist two
balloons around each other. Push up on
the cluster to secure it as closely to the
bottom of the balloon as possible.
Floral Ribbon
Cut approximately one yard of floral ribbon.
Thread it between the primary balloon and
the cluster. Pull the ribbon down through
the cluster to hold it in place. Curl the floral
ribbon for added value.
