 For confirmed or guaranteed reservations, one (1) night room charge (i.e. agreed rate) will be levied for “No-Show” or reservations cancelled
within 3 days (72 hours).
 A 50% charge on one (1) night room charge (i.e. agreed rate) shall be imposed on shortened stay or early departure in less than 24 hours notice.
 Non-Guaranteed Reservations shall automatically be considered as WAITING LIST reservations.
 A collection of RM300.00 per night as compulsory deposit upon check-in either by Cash or Credit Card verification.
 Official check-in time is at 2:00pm (1400 hours) and check-out rime is at 12:00noon (1200 hours). Please notify us should there be any changes.
