4 oz. Weight Watchers® Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread, softened
2 tbsp. maple syrup
4 tsp. walnut pieces, toasted and finely chopped
2-1/4 cup assorted fresh fruit, diced
1 large kiwi, peeled
1 small banana
3/4 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup blackberries
4 jumbo wafer ice cream cones
Walnut pieces, optional
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and maple syrup; stir until well blended. Stir in
walnuts; chill if desired.
2. For each cone, spoon 1 tablespoon maple cream cheese into each ice cream cone; top with 1/4
cup fruit, 1-1/2 teaspoons maple cream cheese, 1/4 cup fruit and 1-1/2 teaspoons maple cream
cheese. Top with a piece of walnut, if desired.
