PERFECT PEACH PIE/COBBLER CONTEST

Rules
Recipe and sample of actual baked product for tasting should be delivered to the Main
Market tent no later than 11am on Sunday, August 9. Judging will begin at noon. By
submitting your recipe you are allowing New Jersey Peach Promotion Council to
publish it on our website and in related press releases. You must be an amateur baker,
not a pro. Some things to consider: appearance, aroma, crust and filling, taste.
Prizes
Each market will select a winner. These winners will go on to take a second version of
their winning pie to a final judging site (to be announced at a later date) for 2 grand
prizes: one in south/central Jersey; the other in north/central Jersey. Grand prize
winners will each receive a check for $300 from the NJ Peach Promotion Council.
Recipe Submission
We prefer if you would fill out this registration form and email it to [email protected] in
advance of your pie/cobbler submission.
But, if you prefer not to register in advance, print and fill out this form (or write your
own with all the information below), then deliver with your pie/cobbler submission for
judging at your Ramsey Farmers’ Market Main Market tent no later than 11AM,
August 9.
