You may NOT park your vehicle on school campus until decal is purchased. Parking gates will be secured at that time and cannot be opened except during designated times. Dual enrolment students must sign out at front desk. 1.
STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RETURN TO THEIR VEHICLES FOR ANY REASON, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY AND ADMINISTRATOR AND ESCORTED BY SECURITY PERSONNEL. 2.
STUDENTS MUST HAVE A GOOD DISCIPLINE RECORD AND NO OBLIGATIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETAIN/OBTAIN A PARKING DECAL. 3.
VEHICLES MUST BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATE LAW, BROWARD COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD POLICIES AND MONARCH HIGH SCHOOL RULES WHILE ON CAMPUS. 4.
DECALS MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE DRIVERS SIDE LOWER PART OF THE WINDSHIELD WITH NUMBERS VISIBLE 5. STUDENTS MUST PARK IN DESIGNATED/ ASSIGNED PARKING AREAS ONLY. 6.
TEMPORARY PASSES WILL BE ISSUED IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE. 7.
VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY SCHOOL PERSONNEL AND DECAL HOLDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENTS IN VEHICLE. 8.
DISCIPLINE REFERRALS, ATTENDANCE AND TARDY TO CLASS OR ANY OTHER SERIOUS SCHOOL RULE INFRACTION, WILL BE CAUSE FOR YOUR PARKING PRIVILEGES TO BE SUSPENDED. AFTER FIVE (5) TARDIES YOUR PARKING WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN TARDY FREE FOR TEN (10) CONSECUTIVE SCHOOL DAYS. 9.
A TOWING COMPANY, EMERALD TRANSPORTATION (954) 917-­‐4747, HAS BEEN CONTRACTED TO TOW ANY VEHICLE ON CAMPUS, IN VIOLATION PARKING GUIDELINES AND RULES AND REGULATIONS. VEHICLES MAY ALSO BE BOOTED TO PREVENT A VEHICLE FROM LEAVING CAMPUS IF SAID VEHICLE’S OPERATOR IS IN VIOLATION OF PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS. 10. SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFTS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES 11. THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL SCHOOL EVENTS BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER SCHOOL. 12.
