To make the base, fully air inflate four 5-inch Yellow latex. Tie them into two pairs, then wrap the pairs together at the knots to make a four-balloon cluster. Tie a sand weight into the center of the cluster. Use BalloonRibbon to tie on a premade bow. Set aside. 2. Use a latex regulator to helium inflate a 22-inch Bubble. Don’t stop inflating until the wrinkles on the seam disappear. (The Bubble is self-sealing.) Set aside. 3. To make a Curly 160Q collar, fully inflate a 160Q, then deflate it. Wrap the 160Q around a cylinder, making sure not to wrinkle or twist the balloon. Fully air inflate the 160Q and tie. Repeat to make two more Curly 160Qs. Find the middle of each 160Q and twist all three together at this point. Push the collar onto the neck of the inflated 22-inch Bubble. TIP: Hold the Bubble between your belly and a counter for extra support. 4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to make another 22-inch Bubble and 160Q collar. Set aside. 5. Use a latex regulator to helium inflate a 15-inch Bubble until the wrinkles on the seam disappear. (The Bubble is selfsealing.) Tie a piece of BalloonRibbon to its neck, roll up the neck and tie again. Thread the ribbon through the center of a Color Curl, and slide the Color Curl up to the Bubble’s neck. Wrap the ribbon through the Color Curl to secure. 6. Repeat Step 5 to make two more 15-inch Bubbles with attached Color Curls. 7. Gather the ribbons of all five Bubbles, arrange as shown, and tie onto the base from Step 1. All balloons featured are Qualatex balloons from Pioneer Balloon Co.
