SubmissionsareduenolaterthanFriday,April29,2016asaworddocumentto
studentlife@palmbeachstate.edu.Thejudgingcommitteecomprisedofstudents,facultyandstaff
willreviewsubmissionsduringtheFall2016semester.Theselectedworkwillbeperformedatthe
commencementceremonyonDecember20,2016.
Any and all entries submitted shall be the sole creation of Contestant. Palm Beach State College does not permit copyright
infringing activities or infringement of any other intellectual property rights. Palm Beach State College reserves the right, in its sole
and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry believed to be in violation of another party’s copyright or other intellectual property
rights, whether or not an actual determination of a copyright or other intellectual property right violation has occurred. Winning
Contestant hereby irrevocably grants, assigns, transfers, and conveys, to Palm Beach State College, all rights, title, and interest in
the Winning Alma Mater, including, without limitation, all copyrights, and any and all other proprietary intellectual property rights.
Winning Contestant acknowledges that Palm Beach State College is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property
stemming from the instant Contest including, but not limited to, copyrights and any and all other proprietary intellectual property
rights. Winning Contestant further acknowledges that Palm Beach State College is permitted to use the Winning Alma Mater in any
media and for any purpose whatsoever, without any requirement of providing any notice or reference to Winning Contestant.
Winning Contestant further acknowledges that Winning Contestant’s rights as the winner of the instant Contest are limited only to
the prize provided herein, and Winning Contestant will have no other or additional rights. Winning Contestant agrees to assist Palm
Beach State College to perfect Palm Beach State College’s ownership right, title, and interest in any intellectual property stemming
from the instant contest, including executing any documents and answering questions
executinganydocuments and answeringquestions.
