How: 1. 2. 3. Choose a BISQUE fired shape. Write your name on the back. Paint with a combination of colors on the FRONT ONLY. At the end of the session, write your name and period on the back of the ornament and put in the “ready to fire” box GLAZE PAINTING TIPS Use lighter colors first Put 2-3 layers of each color Let colors dry between layers Do NOT paint on the back or bottom of clay projects Use dark color to outline, draw designs or words over the top of lighter colors. MIX all paints well before using Wash brushes completely between different colors.
