BANQUET HALL RENTAL INFORMATION
The banquet hall is available to rent for events such as weddings,
rehearsal parties, anniversaries, birthday parties, business meetings, bingo fundraisers,
and MORE! We also have a smaller event room available for more intimate parties.
Rentals are available Monday through Saturday ONLY!
We DO NOT rent on Sundays!
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How many people does the hall hold?
Our main banquet hall will hold a maximum of 250 people and can be divided to meet smaller party
needs. The smaller event room can hold a maximum of 38 people. [Our hall measures 47’ x 78’]
2. How much time do we get for our event?
Events are allotted 4 hours, with the exception of weddings which are allotted 5 hours. There is an
option to add additional time for an hourly charge.
3. Do you cater food and supply alcohol?
We do not cater or supply alcohol. Food and beverage must be supplied by the renter.
Bar Information:
We have 2 beer meisters. The renter is responsible to supply all beverages (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic), as well as any serving utensils, glasses, garnishes, etc. If any alcohol is to be served (beer,
wine, liquor, jello shots, etc.) bartenders will be required. Bartenders will be supplied by the facility
for an additional fee.
Kitchen Information:
We have a full service kitchen available for use. There are two stoves, two microwave ovens, a conventional oven, as well as a convection oven. There are two refrigerators and a freezer. It includes an
ice machine and coffee pots. We have a 3 bay sink, but cleaning supplies must be provided by the
renter and/or caterer. Cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the RENTER (or their designee).
The kitchen may be rented at an hourly rate for cooking
purposes. There is a security deposit required for any use of the kitchen, including storing items.
4. Do you supply any decorations?
Generally, we do not supply decorations (table linens, chair covers, utensils, paper products, etc).
Decorations are the responsibility of the renter. We have a few options depending on your event that
we would be glad to discuss with you!
5. How much does it cost to rent the hall?
You will notice there are no prices listed on our website. We cannot possibly list all of the
options available and pricing is based on individual needs! Please contact us for pricing.
Pricing Considerations:
In order to secure your date, we require a signed contract. At the time of signing, a 50%
deposit is required. We accept cash, check or money order ONLY.
Credit cards are NOT accepted at this time.
