EUAZ-04 Base frame, EUAZ-05 Adjustable feet, sizes 11–53
To assemble the base frame delivered in
“knocked-down” condition
The base frame is delivered in "knocked-down" condition in a package together with the necessary bolts and
nuts.
Assemble the base frame as shown in Fig. 1, using one
cross-beam at every beam joint and, if required, several
cross-beams evenly distributed along the base frame.
Arrange the beams so that
they are level, tighten the
M8 screws/nuts through
the angle bracket, beam
and cross beam to 28 Nm
Jointing piece

Drill 4 ø7.3 mm holes using the
ø 6.3 pilot holes provided and fit
M8 Taptie self-tapping screws
as safety screws.

To fit (secure) the unit to the base frame
Fitting adjustable feet
Fit one angle bracket (1), included in the EUAZ-16 jointing set, at each end of the base frame. Fit the remaining
angle brackets spacing them evenly along the beams.
Secure them with self-tapping screws (2).
The feet are fitted with even spacing along the side rails
if the number of feet is greater than 4. In the case of 4
feet, 1 foot should be fitted at each end of the side
beams.

Adjustment of set-screws:
1) Release the locking
nut (A).
2) Adjust the height
with the set-screw
(B).
3) Retighten the
locking nut (A).
