the contents written herein and agree to undertake absolute responsibility for it. I will also
ungrudgingly accept any disciplinary action to be meted out to me by the College authority in the
event of breach or non-fulfilment of any condition(s) stated below:1. I will regularly attend all classes as per the schedule of the college and fulfil the minimum
75% in attendance criteria laid down by Nagaland University. In the event of my failure to
fulfil the said criteria, the college authority has every right to rusticate/expel me from the
college.
2. I will not be employed in any office/institution/organization till the completion of Three
Year Degree Course at Kohima College, Kohima.
3. I will pay all college fees/dues/other fees regularly as and when notified by the Principal.
4. I will never misbehave with college authority/respectable teachers/ staff of the college and
abide by the orders of the Principal in maintaining discipline during my entire term of study
in the college.
5. I will forfeit my claim for scholarship if I fail to get 75% (NU) attendance in all subjects.
6. I will perform all home works/term papers/assignments assigned to me by the subject
teacher(s) in the true sense of the term.
7. I will always come to college with dignified dress and wear college blazer/t-shirt regularly
as directed by the college authority.
8. I will not indulge in drinking/smoking/abusing drugs/gambling/chewing paan, gutkha,
tobacco etc. within the college premises. In the event of my indulgence in any of the above
said vices, I shall be liable to expulsion from the college without any warning from the
college authority.
9. I will not use mobile phones/music players within the college premises, especially during
class hours and examinations.
10. I will regularly visit the college library in order to collect reading materials and as when
there is any off period/class, I shall fruitfully utilize my time in the college library.
11. I will not discriminate/look down on any of my friends/classmates on the basis of
tribe/caste/religion/belief.
12. I shall not keep long hair (for male students) during my stay in the college.
13. I shall keep my class room/surrounding clean and tidy throughout my study in the college.
