The Art of Juggling: Balance and Flow with Luther Bangert, BHMS MAP Teacher
The class will focus on developing the ability to skillfully and creatively keep objects in motion or in stillness. The main focus is to work towards
doing the standard 3 ball pattern, being able to juggle 3 balls. We will start with 1 + 2 balls and go from there. The great thing about juggling is
that you can start at any level - there are many simple and wonderful throws and sequences that can be done with only one ball, and
eventually add a second, and a third. Alongside working on the 3 ball pattern we will do a lot of 1 ball work that can later be incorporated into 3
ball work.
