Following are the guidelines as set forth by Illinois law.
Ac=vity Center Hours
Monday-­‐Sunday ............................24 hours Laundry Room ...............................24 hours
Ac=vi=es Available • Softball -­‐ Located near the Ac.vity Center.
• Volleyball -­‐ May be played at the Ac.vi.es Center or the outside sand courts.
• Basketball -­‐ Courts are located in the gyms and two addi.onal lighted courts at the tennis courts.
• Broom hockey -­‐ May be played on any open field.
• Football/Soccer -­‐ Two fields are located behind the Ac.vity Center and Parkside Lodge.
• Horseshoes-­‐ The pits are located north of the mini-­‐
golf course and by the picnic area near the Ac.vity Center.
• Tennis -­‐ Tennis court located by Parkside Lodge.
• Ping Pong/Billiards -­‐ Tables located in the Ac.vi.es Center. There is a small fee for each game.
• Racquetball/Wallyball -­‐ Courts are located in the Ac.vi.es Center. • 25' Climbing Wall -­‐ Wall is located in Gym #1 of the Ac.vi.es Center. Belayers must be scheduled in advance.
• Disk Golf – Begins at the corner of the Ac.vity Center and ends near the Skate Park. • 9 Square – Courts are located in the Ac.vity Center.
• Black Light Sports – Courts are located in the Ac.vity Center.
• Gaga Ball – Courts are located in the Ac.vity Center.
• Climbing Gym – Located at Barn Quest High Ropes.

Courtesy phones are located in the Ac.vity Center laundry room, lobby, and pool area. Also, in the Williamson lodge breeze ways, LWCC office, and Dining Hall lobby.

Guidelines
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and all outdoor areas as posted. Smoking is never allowed outdoors within 15’ of doors, windows or air intakes on any building. This law (30 ILCS 805/8.31) is enforced by the Dept. of Public Health and local law enforcement agencies. Fines imposed by the State of Illinois for individuals smoking in designated non-­‐smoking areas range from $100.00 to $250.00 for first-­‐.me offenders, and an addi.onal amount of $150.00 will be charged by Lake Williamson Chris.an Center to cover costs of odor removal, cleaning and maintenance for each room or area affected. These fined/charges are not nego.able.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed on LWCC grounds.
• No pets are allowed in any lodge or dorm room.
• A $150.00 cleaning charge will apply to all violators.
• Please keep off private property.
• Destruc.on of property is not tolerated. Groups will be charged for damages which occur during their stay.
• Outdoor ac.vi.es are to be confined to open fields and designated areas.

• Curfew is at midnight. Noise must be keep to a minimum a_er curfew and all youth are to be accompanied by an adult.
• Cursing or swearing will not be tolerated.
• Wristbands must be worn at all .mes during your visit to Lake Williamson.
• Skateboarding, rollerblading, and ska.ng are not allowed around the buildings.
• No cooking is allowed in Lodge rooms.
• Furniture to remain as arranged in all sleeping rooms. A charge may be applied to all violators.
• Water fights, silly string, shaving cream, tape on painted surfaces, gli`er, or any unauthorized material used for games is not allowed in or near buildings.
It is our privilege to serve you and make your stay pleasant and memorable. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you please abide by the following guidelines. Anyone failing to do so may be asked to leave the property. Ac=vity Center Guidelines & Rules
The Ac=vity Center is closed for cleaning 12-­‐6 daily. Retreat groups can make arrangements to stay in the AC past midnight. Please contact the Host.
• Food and drinks are not permi`ed in the gyms, weight/exercise room, racquetball courts, and no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
• Swimwear is not to be worn in the front lobby area. You must be fully clothed when going to the front lobby.
• Running, skateboarding, rollerblading, heelys, and basketball handling of any sort is NOT allowed in common areas.
• BLACK-­‐SOLED TENNIS SHOES AND STREET SHOES are not permi`ed on any court floors unless they have been approved by an Ac.vity Center a`endant.
• Parents and/or counselors are responsible for Children/Youth under their supervision.
• Gum chewing is not permi`ed.
• Anyone caught vandalizing or damaging the Center will be held responsible for the incident and may not be allowed to return to the Ac.vity Center for the dura.on of their stay per the discre.on of the LWCC Director.
Indoor/Outdoor Pool
Indoor pool is located in the Ac.vi.es Center. Outdoor pool is located between the beachfront and the RV park.
• No one is allowed to enter the pool alone.
• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, or a lifeguard reserved for your group.
• The posted & stated safety rules must be observed:
1. No running, pushing, or tripping allowed
2. No rough-­‐play in or near the water
3. No ea.ng or drinking in the water. No glass objects will be allowed in the pool area.
4. No diving allowed in the indoor pool.
Beach Rules
1. Posted rules/direc.ons of LWCC lifeguards &
a`endants must be obeyed.
2. No food or drink is allowed on the beach.
3. No rough-­‐play in or near the water or the boardwalk. 4. No swimming allowed beyond the roped off area.
5. No Diving is allowed off the dock or boardwalk.
6. Jumping off the dock or boardwalk is allowed; only enter into the water in the roped off area.
7. Lifejackets must be worn for all ac.vi.es except in the shallow end of the lake & on the PLUNGE Waterslide.
8. Helmets must be worn on the PLUNGE Waterslide.
9. LWCC will provide necessary safety equipment.
10.Beach ac.vi.es are only open when lifeguards are present and have announce that the ac.vity is open.
Zip Line/Inflatable Toys
Located at the beachfront.
1. The posted rules/direc.ons of staff must be obeyed.
2. Ac.vity areas are open only when lifeguards are present & announce that the specific ac.vity is open.
3. To par.cipate with these ac.vi.es, guests must be experienced swimmers, must wear a lifejacket, and have it securely fastened.
Fishing
1. Fishing may be done off the bank of the picnic area near the dining hall and along the dam.
2. NO one is to fish on private property.
3. A license is not required.
4. Please only fish in designated areas.

Boa=ng
Boat docks are located on the beachfront. We have two and four passenger paddle boats as well as canoes.
A • Lake Williamson a`endant MUST be present during boa.ng .mes; a`endants should be schedule
• d prior to the start of your retreat.
• Lake Williamson will provide necessary equipment.
• The posted & stated safety rules must be observed or boa.ng .me will be forfeited..
• Each person must wear a lifejacket (State Law).
• No standing in canoes or splashing with the paddles.
Mini Golf

Located near the Ac.vity Center.
An adult a`endant must be present during use.
Equipment is available from the Ac.vity Center Front Desk. Suggested Scoring rules:
• 5 stroke limit per hole.
• The ball nearest hole pu`s first.
• Par for each hole is noted on score card.
Adult a`endant must see that proper care of equipment is observed. Guest should return equipment to front desk.
Archery
Located near the Ac.vi.es Center.
• An adult must always be present with youth.
• NEVER draw an unarmed bow.
• All spectators are to remain behind the archer.
Located in the Ac.vi.es Center.
An adult must always be present with youth.
Equipment is available from the Ac.vity Center Front Desk.
Gym sports available: basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, 9 square, broom hockey, racquetball, and wallyball.
Some set up and orienta.on is necessary for black light sports. Advanced scheduling is required.
Hayrides
• Two wagons are available for 20-­‐30 minute trips around the lake.
• Maximum capacity per wagon is 15-­‐20 people.
• An adult a`endant must be present on each wagon trip with youth or children.
• Please, no standing, pushing, roughness, or throwing of hay is permi`ed during the ride.
Athle=c Equipment
Athle.c equipment for ac.vi.es is stored at the Ac.vity Center Front Desk. Equipment is available to groups to use at no charge. Equipment & use of basic recrea.on facili.es is first come, first serve. If your group would like private use of a recrea.on ac.vity, please be sure to pre-­‐schedule the ac.vity through conference services. Groups are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is returned in good condi.on at the conclusion of their ac.vity.
