Corn Maze Group Brochure

2016 GROUP
PACKAGES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR YOU TO KNOW:
*Due to regulations, all food items must be
purchased through Ard’s Farm. No outside
food or drinks are allowed to be brought to
Ard’s Farm.
*Pumpkins in our patch are nicer
and bigger earlier in October. The patch
does get picked through the longer it is
open due to all the people visiting our patch
during the season.
*What’s the difference between a Deluxe
Hot Dog Roast and a Regular Hot Dog
Roast? Deluxe comes with Hot Dogs,
Chips, Lemonade, and all the fixins’ for
s'mores! Regular Roast is simply hot dogs
& lemonade!
*Children 2 and under will be free. No exceptions to this. Everyone else will pay
group price regardless.
*ALL GROUP PACKAGES MUST BE
SCHEDULED AHEAD OF TIME SO WE
CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU. THEY ARE
NOT AVAILABLE WITHOUT CALLING
AHEAD AND RESERVING YOUR GROUP
WITH OUR STAFF.
*Hayrides to the pumpkin patch include a
pumpkin for everyone. Everyone will pay
for a pumpkin. No exceptions. No discount
if you don’t pick a pumpkin.
*You must have a group of 20 or more
people to schedule any of these packages.
20 people is the MINUMUM. No exceptions, no smaller groups can be scheduled.
*The earlier in the season you call the
better chance we can get you on our
schedule for the date and time you prefer.
*Dates & times are first come first serve,
and if the day is full that you would like,
please have another date that you could
make work when you call to
schedule.
