Homebuyer Tax Credit Program
Homebuyer's can now save up 25% ($2,000 max), of the total
mortgage interest paid in an additional federal income tax
deduction each year.
Some important details about the Homebuyer Tax Credit
Program to remember:






The tax credit follows the First Loan requirements.
Must be a first-time homebuyer in non-targeted counties.
Idaho Housing's First Loan income limits apply.
Income limit calculations must include all members of the
household who are 18 and older.
Borrowers must sign the Tax Credit Application
(Mortgage Revenue Borrower's Affidavit).
There is a $300 borrower fee, with $150 of the fee going
to the lender.

Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD)/ Uniform
Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) Reminder
The ULDD is now required for every loan. Loans will not be
purchased without the FNMA/FHLMC Document File ID # (DOC.
FILE ID#). If this number is not supplied the appraisal must be
converted to an .XML file and downloaded to the lender
connection. In addition to the .XML appraisal, the loan file must
be converted to a Fannie Mae 3.2 (.FMN) file.
