Heart Link is an orientation for spouses who
want to learn more about the military
lifestyle. This program offers a day of fun
while learning about the Air Force Mission,
customs, traditions, protocol, and support
systems and resources. The goal is to
strengthen military families and enhance
mission readiness.
The ICE website allows DOD customers to
rate products and services provided by DOD
offices worldwide. Your comment card
ratings are used to improve the product and
service available to you. Please help Lajes
agencies provide you better service by
taking time to fill out a comment card. Your
input is needed and appreciated.
The Thrift Shop is located in Bldg T125,
located directly behind the A&FRC.

CHILD CARE FOR PCS
HEARTS APART PROGRAM
Are you ready to PCS or just arrived? Did
you know FREE childcare is available for
you? The child care certificate is valid for
60 days prior to leaving and 60 days after
arriving at your new duty station. Bring a
copy of your orders to you’re A&FRC and
get your certificate good for 20 hours of
FREE childcare per child!
Heart Apart is an Airman & Family
Readiness Center program that focuses on
the well being of family members left
behind when a military member is away for
an extended period of time (on deployment
or peacetime TDY) It’s one of the many
great ways team Lajes can pull together and
show our “Lajes Goodness”.
