13-yr-old, female, spayed, Pembroke Welsh Corgi
Mass palpated right of the midline on the ventral aspect of the neck.
Clinical signs included hyperactivity, weight loss and urinary incontinence.
T4 levels (T-4: 5.9 ug/dl, normal: 1-4 μg/dl; freeT4: 47 pmol/L, normal: 8-40 pmol/L).
Thoracic radiographs showed no evidence of metastasis.
The mass was approximately 3cm X 1.5 cm, mottled dark-red to tan, hard and gritty on
cut surface.
